How it works

Answered, qualified and on the schedule before you're off the roof.

01

Every call gets answered

Day, night, weekends and the Monday after a cold snap. Forward your line, or set it as overflow when your office is busy.

02

The job gets qualified

It asks your questions: system type, symptoms, address, service area, urgency. Emergencies go straight to your on-call tech.

03

It lands on your board

You get an instant text and email with the job details, and the customer gets a confirmation. Every call is logged and summarized.

FAQ

Straight answers

How does an AI receptionist work?

Calls forward to an AI voice agent set up with your services, hours, service area and intake questions. It talks with the caller, collects the job details, and sends you a summary right away. Anything it can't handle goes to a person.

What does it cost?

Flat monthly plans from $297 (Starter), $497 (Pro) and $897+ (Scale), plus a one-time setup of $500–$1,000. No per-minute charges. The founding pilot is $297 for 30 days, credited toward setup if you continue.

Does it work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber?

During the pilot, every job arrives as an instant text and email summary your office can enter into any system, including paper. Tell us which software you use on the form; direct booking integrations are being built in that order of demand.

What about emergencies like no heat or a burst pipe?

You set the rules. Calls that match your emergency criteria are transferred or texted to your on-call tech right away.

How is this different from an answering service?

Most answering services charge by the minute and take a message for you to call back. This qualifies the job while the customer is still on the phone, and the price doesn't climb with every minute of call time.
